Maple Honey Porkchops 4 porkchops 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium) 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard Place porkchops on a broiler rack and broil for 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker; stir well. Add chops; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serves 2. Original recipe at: http://community.livejournal.com/what_a_crock/705220.html We used 4 porkchops instead of ribs and skipped the beef broth because we thought there was enough liquid in the crockpot. They were DIVINE! The meat simply fell off the bone, I didn't have to use my knife at all. Side dishes were rice and veggies with a wheat beer from a local brewery. Wonderful meal!
