A quick and easy Sunday breakfast.  We found it on the internet, 
we think it's from one of the cooking communities on LJ, but we 
didn't bookmark it and can't find it again.

4 eggs
4 strips of bacon
2 slices bread

Pre-heat oven to 375*.  Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.  
Use a small drinking glass to cut two circles out of the each slice of 
bread, and place the circles in the bottom of four muffin cups.  Use a 
strip of bacon to line the sides of the cups.  Crack an egg into each cup. 
If there are unused cups, fill them half full of water.  It'll make 
clean up easier.  Bake for 15 minutes.
