New Web Develoment Concentration

The concentration in Web Development is a complement of courses that are chosen to round out the background needed to do web development for a student completing a BA degree in computer science. Where the CS curriculum provides the computing coursework necessary for this application area, there are additional courses necessary to give student the art and design background that they need. While there are four courses to the concentration, there are also two additional courses that should be taken which will satisfy some of the student's Area Studies. There is also a computer science elective that must be included among a students two major electives.
